Fundamental Movement Skills – Hedland
ACHPER WA will be running a Fundamental Movement Skills Course in South Hedland on Friday 20th July
In this one day workshop, participants will:
- Learn how to assess student proficiency in a variety of fundamental movement skills
- Run classes inclusive of children with movement difficulties
- Be able to plan and deliver learning programs to support the development of fundamental movement skills
- Receive tips on working with the WA Curriculum and AITSL standards
Educators from Early Learning Centres will also find this workshop a valuable professional learning event.

Janeen is a Lecturer for the School of Education in the Faculty of Education and Arts at ECU. Her research interests include self regulation and links to involvement in organised sport, and development of assessment in Fundamental Movement Skills.
