Following on from the Meditation workshop in April, ACHPER WA is offering another workshop that focuses on you, and how you can get more energy into your day!
This interactive workshop will be presented by an Exercise Physiologist with years of experience assisting both workgroups and individuals with fatigue management strategies. The workshop will cover various aspects of fatigue, energy levels and sleep. It will take you through the various causes and contributors to fatigue, and lay out short term energy booster plans and longer term fatigue management strategies.
Learn about fatigue types, sleepiness vs tiredness, causes and effects of fatigue, sleep debt, sleep disorders, and sleep habits, nutrition to fight fatigue, effect of alcohol on sleep, and the right time to exercise.
